Excellence France assisted the client in their search for the perfect villa in France. After visiting various properties, where we often encountered hidden defects and illegal additions, we eventually found the ideal villa. The perfect location, high quality, and the reliability of the Scandinavian sellers immediately gave the client a good feeling. To meet the client's wishes, we put together a package. After a period of living in the villa, we implemented the necessary improvements together with the client. We created an extra bathroom with a toilet next to the master bedroom, replaced the electrical fuse box, and upgraded the automatic gate control. Additionally, the exterior painting was completed and some adjustments were made to the tiling. With these adjustments, we ensured that the villa fully meets the client's wishes.
