The search began with New Home real estate agents looking for the ideal villa together with the client. After finding the perfect location, Excellence France investigated the possibilities, challenges, and opportunities prior to the purchase. Variance Group then joined the project for the overall plan, with the client enthusiastic about the design of the interior and exterior spaces, aiming to increase value and enjoy the views of the location and surroundings. We ensure that the interior connects optimally with the outdoor space. After the plan was finalized, we started the permit application in collaboration with a French architect and Voss Architecture, during which measurements were carried out by a surveyor. As soon as the permit was granted, we commissioned the construction contractor and the partners of Variance Group. The project commenced with demolition and the construction of new space, including the addition of balconies and outdoor space on the first floor. The first phase of the renovation is complete. The second phase will start after the month of August.
